Musta Paraati

Musta Paraati (Black Parade in English) were a Finnish post-punk/gothic rock band, comparable to Killing Joke and Theatre of Hate. Despite the fact that the band was active for only a few years in the early 1980s, their lineup changed many times before they dissolved circa 1984. Original vocalist Jore Vastelin (succeeded by Njassa and Epe Kronholm) died in 1993. The early '00s post-punk revival led to renewed appreciation for the band, and a CD release of their classic debut Peilitalossa with several singles track appended. ^[1]
